Rare Photographs Of New York In 1938

We are back with more old photographs of New York City. The following photographs were taken by German photographer Franz Grasser, who is better known for his photos from the Eastern Front. Before the World War II, he traveled around the world and visited many coutries like Italy, Greece, Lebanon or India. In 1938 he visited the United States and took amazing photos of New York City. Sadly, he died near Novorossiysk in 1944. Check out these rare photographs of 1938 New York.
