This Guy Walked 3,000 Miles Across China and Took a Selfie Each Day

China is the world’s most populous and second-largest country by land area. China’s landscape is vast and diverse, ranging from forest steppes and the Gobi and Taklamakan deserts in the arid north to subtropical forests in the wetter south. In 2008, Christoph Rehage took a 1 year travel through this huge country. During his 3,000 miles (4,500 km) walk he let his hair and his beard grow, and took selfies almost every day. Shortly after the end of his trip, Christoph gathered all photos he took and made a stop motion selfie timelapse. Check out his 3,000 miles walk across China below.
