The Abandoned Cars of Fukushima

It has been almost four years since the tragic disaster at Fukushima Nuclear Plant in Japan. For those who can’t remember, the disaster began on 11 March 2011 when the plant was hit by a tsunami. It became the largest nuclear incident since the Chernobyl disaster in April 1986. Escaping people left everything behind, including their cars. Thanks to the Google Street View service, we can explore abandoned streets of Fukushima without any harm.
