The church in picture nr. 3 is Nidarosdomen (Nidaros Cathedral) in Trondheim. Love the photos!

This unidentified city is Trondheim, Norway.comment image. You can see both Nidaros Cathedral (as it looked in the 1700s) and Kristiansten Fortress in the background.
