The History of Photography in 5 Minutes

Humanity takes millions of photos every day. Before photography came along, people already knew the principles. The instrument that people used for processing pictures was called the Camera Obscura. It was around for a few centuries before inventing camera. The first photo picture – as we know it – was taken in 1825 by a French inventor Joseph Niepce. It depicts a view from the window at Le Gras. It was a beginning of the photography we know today. YouTube channel, COOPH (The Cooperative of Photography) give a brief history of photography from its inception to today. Check it out below.
