The View From $95 Million Penthouse

This spectacular skyscraper called 432 Park Avenue is located in Manhattan, New York. With a height of 426 metres (1,396 ft) it is the second tallest building in Manhattan, behind One World Trade Center, and one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. Designed by Rafael Vinoly, the bulding has 96 floors and 104 luxury apartments with a view on Central Park and the Atlantic Ocean. If you happen to have a spare $95 million (£58m), you could own the penthouse at the top of it. Check out what it has to offer.

Apartament prices range from $17 million to $95 million depending on the floor. No need to guess – the higher, the more expensive. For $95 million, you’ll get to bathe in pure serenity as you watch the sunset.
