On 15 October 2014, 432 Park Avenue apartment building has become the highest residential building in the Western Hemisphere of the globe. CIM Group and Macklowe Properties, which cooperate in the creation of the project, announced that the first residents will be able to move in as early as next year.
Most of the apartaments were designed by Deborah Berke. Double-height ceilings and beautiful oak flooring and marble countertops are highlights, while huge square windows provide an unparalleled view.
Residents will also obtain lots of amenities, including wine cellar with temperature control, spa, several swimming pools, private gyms, relaxing massage parlors and billiard halls. Residents will also be able to use a private restaurant.
